Dear Customer: Thank you for choosing Noorah Ink and for providing a fair and good service to you. Please read carefully the return and exchange policy: Return and exchange policy: Books and products are only exchanged if there is a defect in them. For new books, stationery, and other tangible products, and for used books if they arrive to the customer in a condition different from their displayed images. The period for return and exchange is three days from the date of receiving the shipment. If it is found that the product is unavailable, the customer will be notified and has the right to recover the amount or request another product of the same value. The order cannot be modified or canceled after its status changes to (In Progress). Ensure the accuracy of the entered data as Noorah Ink is not responsible for any delay caused by incorrect data. Our store has the right to modify product prices with discounts or otherwise as needed throughout the year, and the product price does not change at the time of purchase. In case of damage or loss of your order with the shipping company, we will compensate you immediately provided that you notify us within a maximum of three days from receiving the order (in case of receiving a damaged shipment), and it is returned to the store at our expense through our shipping labels, or one week after the expected arrival date in case of a lost shipment. When the returned shipment arrives due to non-receipt, in case of prepayment: the customer is notified via email, and the order is shipped again at the customer's expense for the second time, including any additional costs incurred due to non-receipt. If there is no response within a month from the notification date or if the customer does not wish to bear the shipping costs, they are not entitled to claim the shipment or any compensation. If they wish to cancel the order and get a refund, the return shipping cost and any other costs incurred will be deducted. A 2% fee applies for electronic payments and 6% for payments via Tabi or Tamara. For international orders: Customs may impose some customs fees, and in this case, we do not bear these fees. The customer must be careful not to order books that do not comply with the policies of their country. If books are seized due to violations of regulations, Noorah Ink will refund the amount after deducting the shipping costs for both ways, regardless of any free shipping offers (if there is a free shipping offer, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the customer). If any book is out of stock, the value of the book will be refunded within 7-14 working days after we receive the customer's banking information. Shipping may be delayed if the customer requests to add books while some are out of stock. The order is also delayed if an email notification about out-of-stock books is received and there is a delay in response. When offers such as "Buy one book, get one free" or discounts on certain books are available, the offer is applied at the minimum price. When choosing shipping via Redbox, the order remains with Redbox for two days, after which it is returned to us. The customer can request an extension of 5 additional days at an extra cost via Redbox. In case of return due to non-receipt, the customer bears the cost of reshipping the product, starting from 10 for the first 5 kg and 1 for each additional kilogram, or they can cancel the order after paying the deducted shipping fee.
